Budding Pacific Disturbance?

Still not much to speak of in tropical systems this June. Right now there's this little unimpressive blob of moisture off of Mexico, that looks like it's going to get its act together long enough to become Tropical Depression 3-E. But the models don't look like it has much of a future, and I'd be surprised to see this one turn into Tropical Storm Bud, though it has maybe a long shot of eventually reaching 40 mph or so.
