TD 1 Struggles, Soaks Caymans

Tropical Depression 1 is still trying to get its act together. At this point it's almost a cluster of mini-storms all orbiting around a common center. The depression has already produced some phenominal rain totals across Cuba and the Cayman Islands. Grand Cayman has recorded 23 inches of rain over the 24 hours from 11 AM EDT on Friday to 11 AM EDT on Saturday, and 5-10 more are expected. Because of the delay in the development of the storm, the future forecast has been slowed a bit, but it still looks to be a Florida landfall on Monday or Tuesday.
