Bud fading fast / Carlotta to follow

Bud is riding along the razor's edge of 24 deg C waters, and you can tell this morning. The eye has almost completely filled in, and there are very few cold cloudtops remaining. Bud is back to a Category 1 hurricane with 80 mph winds, and won't be a hurricane too much longer. This makes Carlotta (with 85 mph winds) currently the stronger storm. Carlotta is trailing Bud, and will probably maintain hurricane strength for another 12-24 hours beyond what Bud does, but it's all downhill from here for both of these storms.
